  • We provide a wide range of supports under the NDIS, including personal care, community access, supported independent living, respite, and assistance with daily activities. Our services are tailored to meet the individual needs, goals, and aspirations of each person.

  • Our services are available to people living with disability who are eligible for support under the NDIS. We also work with families, carers, and community partners to ensure holistic and inclusive support.

  • You can get started by contacting us directly via phone or email. Our team will discuss your needs, review your NDIS plan (if applicable), and work with you to design a personalised support plan.

  • Yes. All our support workers hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III/IV in Disability or Individual Support, First Aid and CPR certification, and maintain current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks.

  • We have strict recruitment and training processes, ongoing staff development, and a robust compliance framework. Our team follows NDIS Practice Standards and adheres to privacy, confidentiality, and safety protocols at all times.

  • We currently provide services across Melbourne Suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us to confirm.

  • Most of our services are funded through the NDIS. If you’re not yet an NDIS participant, we can guide you through the process or discuss other funding options where available.
